"WHAT IS AN ANCHOR BABY ?" is the title I gave to the 'Special' article that was added to the http://www.truthquestonline.info/NEWS_VIEWS.html page of the Truth Quest multi-page website, on 9/19/08. Due to new mail limitations imposed by the 'Yahoos', half of you will not receive this notification until 9/20, just before I add the regular Saturday update. I guess they have their reasons. We came through 'IKE' wihout Major damage, and gradually getting back to normal. We were fortunate, thousands still cannot even return to their homes for another week (not even to check it out). The death toll may never be known, as they feel many were swept out to sea, that refused to evacuate. We evacuated, and returned to find things not to be as bad as they predicted for our situation. Schools are still out for another week to 10 days. I imagine there are some "Anchor Baby' families in my neighborhood, as mine is the only "Gringo' family on the block. However there were no Fiestas, with their outdoor bands, this passed week. Best wishes, Bob
