The New Bill Of No Rights

Our Sixth Amendment is gone! VI - Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Our Eighth Amendment is gone! VIII - Excessive bail, cruel punishment Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Our Ninth Amendment is gone! IX - Rule of construction of Constitution The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Our Thirteenth Amendment is gone! XIII - Slavery Abolished Passed by Congress January 31, 1865. Ratified December 6, 1865. 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Our Fourteenth Amendment is gone! XIV - Citizen rights not to be abridged Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Harbeas Corpus has been reinstated but consider this … Because of the Patriot Act and the repeal of Posse Comitatus anything that Habeas Corpus would normally protect is over ruled. This court ruling was simply a ruse to placate the masses. We’ve been screwed again! Our national and personal sovereignty's are under vicious attack! Our so called leaders are dead set on a constitutionally illegal One World Government. They will start with joining together Mexico, The USA and Canada to create the North Amerikan Union. There will be no more Amerikan dollar. We will spend the Amero instead. From there it’s just a hop, skip and a jump to a New World Order and a One World Government! Executive Orders

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of
transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the
communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all
electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to seize all means of
transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any
kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 allows the government to take over all food
resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into
work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health,
education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a
national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports
and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to
relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate
areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads,
inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of
Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders
into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic
or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to
enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial
support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all
aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise
and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to
federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive
Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency
to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of
production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries,
credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any
undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of
emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the
action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has
broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo,
chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference
that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of
individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil
and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as
prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or
a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated
by President Carter to incorporate the...

National Security Act of 1947 allows for the strategic relocation of
industries, services, government and other essential economic
activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower,
resources and production facilities.

1950 Defense Production Act gives the President sweeping powers over
all aspects of the economy.

Act of August 29, 1916 authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time
of war, to take possession of any transportation system for
transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the
emergency.

International Emergency Economic Powers Act enables the President to
seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were
transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

The Odds of Change: A Statistical Look at Our Democrat’s Voting Records

According to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, a statistic is a “collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of masses of numerical data.” What is more interesting still is its etymology, from the German word meaning “study of political facts and figures” and the Latin “of Politics.” With that in mind, lets do a statistical study of the voting record of those who would bring about “change” – the Democrats. It is no secret that the Republicans have passed their fair share of rubber-stamped bills and ignored the collective will of the United States people, but the Democrats would have us believe that they alone have acted in a patriotic and constitutional manner. They ask us to believe that they are listening to our collective voice. They claimed that they would make change, starting with the 2006 mid-term elections and more recently with the Nomination and subsequent “election” of Barack Obama to the White House. Can they back up those claims with good old-fashioned math?

Let’s look at some statistical information based on voting data collected over the past 8 years. The USA PATRIOT Act was passed in a time of national distress, and as such, was given a title that made Americans feel good about the reality of this intrusive new spy bill. In truth, this outrageous bill directly contradicted no less than five amendments contained in our U.S. Bill of Rights. Statistically, 69% of the House Democrats and 96% of Democratic Senators voted FOR the first PATRIOT Act. In contrast, 22% of House Democrats and 77% of Democratic Senators voted for the Re-Authorization. In comparison, we do see a slight improvement on behalf of the Democrat’s collective vote for this bill, but will this “shift” turn into an upward trend?

The Real ID Act was hotly contested by both political aisles because it’ sought to establish a defacto-National ID Card, limiting and tracking the movement of U.S. citizens. While the Real ID Act did not pass on its own, author James Sensenbrenner (who also sponsored PATRIOT Acts 1 and 2) had it attached to an Emergency Appropriations bill (HR1268) where it passed, virtually un-debated. 80% of the House Democrats and 98% of the Senate Democrats voted FOR this bill. Compared to the votes on the USA PATRIOT Act Reauthorization, that’s a collective downward shift in Constitutionally principled voting by 47%. There does seem to be a rather dramatic change in the collective voting habits of our nation’s elected Democrats. Unfortunately, this data represents is a huge shift away from the safeguards set into motion by our nation’s founding documents, NOT a return to them.

Furthermore, by examining legislation passed under the 2006 Session of Congress, we will see a similar split-pattern taking shape. The John Warner Defense Act (ending Posse Comitatus) and the Military Commissions Act (removing Habeas Corpus) would be the top two bills removing more constitutional protections. Respectively, the statistical data shows that 84% of House Dems and 100% of the Senate Dems voted to end Posse Comitatus, while, 16% of the House Dems and 26% of the Senate Dems chose to support the ending of Habeas Corpus. And what of our Presidential Hopefuls? McCain voted to end both, while Obama only voted to end Posse Comitatus, making it illegal for the President of the United States to station active military troops in cities throughout the United States during any self-declared emergency. Remember, 100% of the Senate Democrats voted to end Posse Comitatus.

Let’s shift our focus to the 110th congress and the much hoped for changes in government that the 2006 mid-term elections promised. Weren’t the Democrats going to fix the FISA Laws, Restore Habeas Corpus (S.185), and impeach the President of the United States for leading this country into an illegal war and for violating U.S. law by ordering the NSA and FBI to data-mine the daily communications of every person in the United States? Instead of seeing Democrats racing to the House floor to repeal such bad legislation, we would now see them racing to sponsor their own versions of bills that were far worse than the ones proposed by Republicans in the first place.

Also introduced during this session is the most damning piece of legislation to ever make it’s way to the halls of Congress: the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, HR1955, and its Senate equivalent S.1959. For the first time, American citizens will be psychologically profiled and indexed based upon their religious, social, and political aspirations. This database will be used to “predict” whether or not the target may be a potential “homegrown terrorist” and indexes these results based upon the individual’s ability to persuade the mind or behavior of another person – your ability to win an argument. The House version, sponsored by California Democrat Jane Harmon, was supported by 98% of the House Democrats. The Senate version has not made it for a vote, yet. Next we have HR 6304, the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, a blatant attack on our Fourth amendment right to privacy. This heinous act of government sanctioned intrusion and, among other things, retroactive immunity to the TeleComm’s for their part in the illegal wiretapping of US citizens, smacks of fascism at its core. Yet, 45% of House Democrats voted for this legislation. It has not come up for a vote in the Senate yet, but both of our Presidential hopefuls have said they support it. What happened to our precious change?

It would appear that the only thing that has noticeably changed is our Democrat’s willingness to subject the American people to an ever-growing mountain of bad legislation that strips away our freedoms and expands the roll of government in our everyday lives. While the Democrats continually play the “blame-the-Republicans” game, it becomes a matter of fact versus fiction. The fiction is that Republicans alone are to blame. The fact is that 67% of our Democrats have collectively voted for legislation that removes critical components of our U.S. Bill of Rights. Democrats are as much at fault as the Republicans in the demise of our liberty, yet here we are again faced with another election where citizens are forced to vote for the lesser of two evils, if there truly is such a thing. Statistically speaking, we’ve had change in DC, just not the kind we asked for. Isn’t it time that we stand up to the bullies in D.C. and start actively seeking alternatives to the “status quo” politician. Who will those new candidates be? Where will they come from? Who will support them? We know what the status quo will bring us…the same old broken promises of the past seven years. It’s time to run for office, it’s time to vote in mass, and it’s time to support candidates who are your neighbors, friends, and colleagues. It is time for new blood in Washington. It’s time for representation that we can be proud of. On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. In the history of The United States this is only the fourth time a secret meeting was held by the house. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret U.S. Government meeting and plans for America including all of it's citizens. Shortly there after, David J. Meyer from Last Trumpet Ministries found it and made it more available for the world to see.

Here is what was revealed:

The imminent collapse of the U.S. Economy to occur sometime in late 2008

The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances sometime in mid 2009

The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse

The advance round-ups of "insurgent U.S. Citizens" likely to move against the government

The detention of those rounded up at The REX 84 Camps constructed throughout the United States

The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses

The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil unrest

The necessary and unavoidable merger of The U.S. with Canada and Mexico establishing The North American Union

The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution.

Except for a few hundred thousand U.S. Patriots, most Americans have no clue what has really been going on within The United States over the past 100 years, and the sad thing is that most do not want to know the truth. The further you look into the rabbit hole, the deeper it gets. Go to any currency conversion site and convert U.S. dollars to Euros so you can see for yourself the massive decline of the dollar. Look at how much money is and has been spent on the Iraq War to date, ($12 billion per month). Look at our currency and when it stopped being backed by gold.

The Federal Reserve is not federal but a private bank who does not have Americans best interests at heart. We no longer have any manufacturing really based out of America and there is no way that our economy can survive this incredible strain very much longer. The IRS strong arms every American yearly with income taxes, yet there are no laws saying an income tax is to be paid.

The CIA is involved in everything from global drug trafficking and covert military missions, to assassinations around the world and including U.S. Soil. Look at JFK for instance. It did not take long after JFK announced that he was going disband the CIA that he was shot in Texas. America's new Stasi The Department Of Homeland Security is and has been slowly eradicating our rights for a few years now. based organization called

House Bill H.R. 1955/S-1959 was read by the senate and then sent to DHS for some reason, but is now back and sure to pass. Once passed, this bill introduced by Jane Harman (D/CA), will be the proverbial last nail hammered into every American patriots coffin. H.R. 4279 or the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008 which was recently passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, will give the government draconian powers to do just this. This legislation gives the government the power to seize property that facilitates the violation of intellectual property laws. The legislation also mandates the formation of a formal Intellectual Property Enforcement Division within the office of the Deputy Attorney General to enforce this insanity…

It has been revealed that F.E.M.A. has been building internment camps all over America granting Halliburton a massive $385 million dollar construction contract to make this happen. Most of these sites only need refurbished because they are mostly closed prisons, old WW2 internment camps still intact and other facilities taken over by the government. Some people have referred to them as F.E.M.A. Death Camps where the infamous Red list/Blue Lists will be used to decide who goes where.

Whether you believe that The NWO/Illuminati/Globalization is real or not, there is a lot of proof that exposes definite plans or plots by the rich, political and religious elite to bring on an era of the end times. It is almost like some individuals are trying to make bible prophecy come true in their own sick and twisted ways. Not to mention that the world only has about 10 to 15 years of drinking water left before the wars fought for oil today will be fought for water in the near future. It has been said that these powers want to depopulate the planet of over 30% of it's human inhabitants in the coming years. Examine all of the executive orders that have been signed into place allowing the president to basically become dictator in control of all government from tribal to federal in the event of any national emergency.

If you did not know, In late 2006, Congress revised the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act to make it far easier for a president to declare martial law. Those changes were repealed at the end of this January as part of Public Law 110-181 (HR 4986), the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (signed into law by President Bush on January 28, 2008). Unfortunately it is not the great victory in which one might think because of the total militarization of all local and State police forces all across America.

Will there be martial law? Is martial law coming soon to America? When you see law enforcement being armed with automatic weapons, bullet proof vests and riot gear in small towns that have not had a murder or crime in years, then you have to ask yourself why.

The United States has more people locked up in prisons today than Russia and China combined. It comes out to one in every hundred Americans is behind bars. Our once great country that our ancestors fought and died for has become exactly the tyrants they were fighting. Fascists! When has America ever used words like Homeland? Never!

If you spend a few weeks reading all the info, watching the videos and following the links at The U.A.F.F., you will then have a better understanding of what has led to The Decline And Fall Of America. Remember that Knowledge is power! Learn, look, listen, read, share, prepare, train, stock up on food and water supply for one year.

Fill your pantry with non perishable foods, medicines, cooking oils, tinned meats and veggies. Flour, oats dried corn peas, beans and lentils.. Teach your self how to preserve food for storage. Check out your local potable/ drinking water supplies, non perfumed chlorine bleach is a good sterilizer for water, about 2 teaspoons full per 2 gallon bucket, stirred well and allowed to stand for at least 24 hours with a lid on it or until it no longer smells of bleach. Boiling water helps but it is not always enough to kill off the bacteria which can resist high temperatures.

Americans have been warned for years of the things to come, but have blindly looked away from the truth, which has been available for all to see. There are no more excuses not to prepare for the possible future. The time to act is now before it is too late. I have an idea...what we need to do is come up with something to print on the back of the Pink Slips. I am toying with the idea of the voting records for each states reps. That way we can show that we are paying attention and that are watching what they are doing.

Right now, I am assembling the votes for specific bills for all the reps in Missouri. I will move on to the reps in Louisiana, and then Texas and Arkansas. Anyone interested in taking a few other states?

Brainstorming Topic #1: Taking Back Our Constitution

This came from a friend Dan and I thought it might help kick-start this topic:

ROYAL AMERICAN DUMP

Evil forces have caused America to become constipated from royal deeds. She needs a Royal Dump. The various crises facing America have at once become a huge calamity, and a tremendous opportunity to flush them out of our lives and our country. Let’s think positively.

Consider:

Just as forces of evil use ‘black flag’ operations to motivate populations, so too can forces of good use ‘white flag’ operations to awaken its populations. We could not have engineered a better ‘white flag’ opportunity than that which currently befalls us. The collapse of the American dollar; the loss of liberties; the crisis of home ownership; bank failings, expensive gasoline … you name it.
The forces of evil control us through our monetary system. Collapsing the existing monetary system is our laxative. Replace it with gold, silver, and personal notes (IOUs), plus a natural barter system, and evil forces lose their power to control us. This has the additional benefit of destroying the bloat of corporate power, which by default will then dissipate back to the American people.
We are a nation of 50 sovereign governments, albeit currently dependent upon a nanny central government to function smoothly. We patriots can quickly change the balance of government power back to state-centricity, and thereby become an undefeatable Union of States. For no other force in the world is then capable of simultaneously taking down all or enough of our 50 sovereign governments to kill us off (however, we must immediately restructure for a decentralized America).
We are armed, though not to the extent necessary to confront assembled forces. However, we have the immediate support of millions of American patriots and use of their resources.
We have broad, instantaneous bi-directional communication paths via the Internet, (though it is vulnerable to massive disruption and must be augmented).
We have thousands of versatile autonomous leaders. The evildoers have but one fixed central authoritarian leadership.
We have the knowledge and resources to quickly rebuild America into the world-class economy that it is.
Most importantly, the fifty powerful surviving sovereign state governments, to assure our lasting survival, will restore this Republic by and through absolute enforcement of its Constitution and with critical control of the central government, thereby defending against any future invasion of our nation through overthrow of its central government.

As Reagan had asked during his Second Inaugural Address, “If not us, who? And if not now, when?” Let’s determine the merits of the best proposals for accomplishing this Royal American Dump, then let’s put a strategy together and launch it.
